Julia Crowder

Owner

Julia has dedicated herself to education for over 20 years. 

She taught elementary through high school Spanish in both public and private schools.  Julia also served as a school-based administrator in Henrico County and as a division level coordinator for the Diocese of Richmond.  She currently serves as a Clinical Coach for preservice teachers at the University of Virginia.  Julia earned her B.A. in Spanish and M. Ed. in Educational Leadership from VCU.

As an editor, Julia works with clients to ensure that their intended meaning is successfully conveyed through their words.  Julia has edited successfully-defended dissertations for students at the University of Virginia and Liberty University.  She also works closely with the faculty at LU to edit proposals and capstone projects for students in the Ed.D. program.

As a translator, Julia has worked with various grant projects and school divisions to provide accurate translations from English to Spanish as well as Spanish to English.

As an instructional leader, Julia prides herself on building the capacity of preservice, novice, and veteran teachers through targeted individual coaching and outcome focused professional development for departments or faculties. 

Julia lives in rural Hanover County, VA with her husband and three young children.
